An Indigenous Cooking Competition was held for the Heritage Club members on 27th May 2023. The participants were provided with their own workstations and they had to present an indigenous dish within a time limit of 45 minutes.
The dishes prepared by each group were nothing short of extraordinary as the participants displayed their culinary talent and creativity. Each dish was unique and showcased that Naga cuisine is just as rich and flavourful as its culture.
