An extensive In-House Capacity Building Programme workshop for the teachers of Hollotoli School was conducted for two days from 8th-9th June 2023, with Er Siddharth Deb, COE, CBSE, as the resource person.
The workshop oiled the brains of the teachers by covering a wide range of topics such as Innovations & experimentation in Teaching, General Teacher Effectiveness, Art Integration, Scoring Guidelines for X and XII, Learning Outcomes & Pedagogies, etc. It provided valuable insights, activities, and techniques to be implemented in the teaching-learning process.
