Senior

With an aim to promote and spread awareness about cultural heritage, Hollotoli School observed Heritage Week from 13th- 15th July, 2022 under the theme ‘ Heritage: A Spectrum of Identity, Pride and Values’. The school organised the following activities/ events:

Day 1: Special Assembly was conducted by the Heritage Club cum Social Science Department.

Day 2: Inter-House Board Display Competition was organised on the cultures of four specific states- Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, Meghalaya and Himachal Pradesh. All the four Houses actively took part in the competition. Nile House bagged the 1st position.

Day 3: V Hollotoli Inter-School Quiz Competition was organised by the Social Science Department on the ‘National Heritage of India ‘.

The event was graced by Mr. Sashi Wapang, Additional Commissioner GST, Indian Revenue Service (IRS) as the Chief guest. Altogether 21 teams from 12 schools took part in the competition. Hope Academy School stood in the 3rd position with Holy Cross Higher Secondary School in the 2nd position and Hollotoli School in the 1st position.

Day 2:• Class I to V- Special Assembly • Pre-Primary- Craft (headgear)

Day 3:• Pre-Primary- Special Assembly• Class I & II- Drawing (Self-identity)• Class III- Collage (traditional dance, cuisines, attire, monuments)• Class IV- Exploring Culture• Class V- Craft (headgear, earrings)
